Front free page states, "NOTE: With this Volume, Number Three, is bound the issue of December, 1924 (No. 13 of Vol. II). Prior to the latter, the REVIEW was published in four pages of newspaper size. In October, 1924, under the presidency of Godfrey L. Cabot, it was decided to change to 16 pages of magazine form. E. L. J." (Note: initials are those of Editor, Ernest Jones.)
